I ordered a $135 sheepskin saddle cover from State Line in November. Three weeks later I received the item in the wrong color.
I called customer service and was told I had to take pictures of the item and email a 3rd party, then wait for a return label. Two days later I was sent the label and returned the item. Two days after the return was accepted my credit card was again debited the $135. I called State Line again and was told it would be taken care of immediately and I would get a return phone call later that day.
I never got a return call or a refund. My calls would not be returned after that either. I wound up having to file a claim with PayPal and wait 3 additional weeks to be refunded. I had just jumped through hoops right before this to get them to send the second rein not received in a set I had ordered.
It took a month to get the second rein. This used to be a good company. No more.
Horse.com is now the same company. Neither will get my business again.
